Talking to the head of marketing, Froment-Curtil, i was left with the impression that there wasn't a vision there. To him the "internet" was a buzz word. Secondly the arrogance of the Samsung device was also a major mistake. Thirdly they really messed up location. So to me 360 was not a real story until I heard Knook the guy from Microsoft, then it became clear what 360 is supposed to be. The breadth of the vision included what you have described here. Moral of the story: poor execution and also cloud the strategy. But then maybe they reshaped their strategy as a lesson from the poor original story.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.com
